Why Geometry?

People often ask me why I chose geometry as the center of my work at the WEAVE IN studio. The answer lies in the search for balance between internal order and the emotion that material awakens within us.

The Return to Texture
As someone who returned to the world of textiles after years in interior design , I understand that a modern home needs visual silence, but also material depth to breathe life into it. Geometry is not just a collection of lines; it is the language that allows me to create order within the organic warmth of cotton and threads. It is my way of ensuring that the creation is not only present in the space but becomes an inseparable part of its atmosphere.

The Planning Compass
Everything begins with a dialogue with the space. This is much more than a preliminary stage—it is the backbone of the brand and the distinct expression of the knowledge I have gained over the years.

The Sketch: Through the sketch, I define the precise proportions and the visual balance that will prevail in the room.

The Composition: My experience in design allows me to see the wall as part of a complete arrangement.

The Dialogue: This process serves as a compass, allowing me to plan a composition that corresponds with the furniture and the light within the space.

Technique and Presence
When I approach a creation, I use geometry to generate a presence that cannot be ignored. The weaving and layering technique I developed creates a rich texture that grants the wall physical depth.

The raw materials—such as raw white cotton (Ecru) or threads hand-dyed in shades of dusty terracotta and sand—soften the straight lines and grant them a "soul". Geometry provides the frame, but the craftsmanship is what brings the heat and the softness.

"In a modern space, where lines are often clean and minimalistic, the integration of natural materials is crucial for a soft contrast."

Quiet Luxury
A geometric textile creation compliments the elegance of the home without overwhelming it. It creates a visual dialogue with the shapes of the space and adds a layer of quiet luxury stemming from precision in details and strict adherence to every chosen shade. When I create, I am always thinking about the exact atmosphere you wish to feel when you enter your home, and geometry is my tool to achieve that silence.

Ultimately, geometry at WEAVE IN is the bridge between planning thought and the language of creation developed through years of work. It allows me to grant you a unique piece with soul, meticulously planned to integrate perfectly into your home's design language. It is art that celebrates material and craft, reminding us that even in a modern and organized world, there is always room for the human touch and the warmth of cotton threads
