2.1 Use of the Site constitutes full agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2.2 The Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Users must be over 18 years of age and legally competent under Israeli law.

3. Product Representation& Materiality

3.1 Handmade Nature: Each piece is handcrafted using a unique "weaving and layering" technique. Minor variations in texture or symmetry are inherent to the artistic process and are not considered defects.

3.2 Color Variance: Due to differences in monitor displays and the nature of hand-dyed threads, the Studio cannot guarantee that the color seen on screen will be an exact match to the physical product.

3.3 Material Care: Textile art is sensitive to environmental factors. The Studio is not liable for damages caused by exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme heat.

4. Orders and Custom-Made Pieces

4.1 Following a purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Final acceptance is subject to material availability.

4.2 Custom Made: As personalized design is at the heart of our work, each bespoke piece is crafted specifically for your project. Dimensions, shades, and compositions are finalized during the consultation phase.

5. Pricing and Payments

5.1 All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payments are processed via secure and approved payment methods only.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Products are delivered via professional couriers or registered mail.

6.2 Delivery times are estimates. The Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure.

6.3 Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless specified otherwise.
6.4 The maximum delivery time to the customer's address (for both in-stock and custom-made items) is up to 21 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment clearance.

7. Cancellations and Returns

7.1 Transactions on the website are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

7.2 Custom-Made Items: In accordance with the law, items manufactured specifically according to the customer's dimensions or requirements cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

7.3 In-Stock Items: A transaction can be canceled and a refund received within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging.

7.4 Refund Method: The refund will be processed within 10 business days from the moment the item is received and inspected at the Studio, minus a cancellation fee as required by law (5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower).

7.5 Responsibility and Shipping Costs: Returning the item to the Studio is the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer must ensure the item reaches the Studio (via courier or physical arrival by prior arrangement) and all shipping costs will apply solely to the customer. The Studio will not be held liable for items lost or damaged on their way back.

8. Liability & Installation

8.1 The Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be responsible for direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of using the service and/or using the product purchased on the website, and what is stated or displayed therein does not constitute a professional opinion. Any information provided or any content that appears in any of the forums does not constitute professional advice, recommendation, or opinion of any kind. That is, the responsibility for the use of the information found in the forum lies solely with the user.

8.2 Installation: Hanging and installing the textile art is the sole responsibility of the customer. The Studio is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or failure of hanging accessories.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content, including designs, images, and the unique "weaving and layering" technique, is the exclusive intellectual property of WEAVE IN Studio.

9.2 Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.

12. Privacy and Data12.1 The store takes acceptable precautions to maintain, as much as possible, the confidentiality of information. The store undertakes not to use the details of customers registered on the website except for the purpose of operating the site and in order to enable the execution of the purchase.

12.2 Furthermore, the Studio undertakes not to transfer customer details to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the shipment, or if required by law. It is clarified that customers' credit card details are not saved in the website's systems but are processed securely by an external clearing company.
