1. Introduction
Welcome to the WEAVE IN website (the "Site"), operated by WEAVE IN Studio (the "Studio"). The Site serves as an online gallery and shop for original textile art and wall decor. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. General Conditions
2.1 Use of the Site constitutes full agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2.2 The Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2.3 Users must be over 18 years of age and legally competent under Israeli law.
3. Product Representation& Materiality
3.1 Handmade Nature: Each piece is handcrafted using a unique "weaving and layering" technique. Minor variations in texture or symmetry are inherent to the artistic process and are not considered defects.
3.2 Color Variance: Due to differences in monitor displays and the nature of hand-dyed threads, the Studio cannot guarantee that the color seen on screen will be an exact match to the physical product.
3.3 Material Care: Textile art is sensitive to environmental factors. The Studio is not liable for damages caused by exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme heat.
4. Orders and Custom-Made Pieces
4.1 Following a purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Final acceptance is subject to material availability.
4.2 Custom Made: As personalized design is at the heart of our work, each bespoke piece is crafted specifically for your project. Dimensions, shades, and compositions are finalized during the consultation phase.
5. Pricing and Payments
5.1 All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payments are processed via secure and approved payment methods only.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Products are delivered via professional couriers or registered mail.
6.2 Delivery times are estimates. The Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure.
6.3 Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless specified otherwise.
7. Cancellations and Returns
7.1 Transactions are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981).
7.2 Custom-Made Items: Per Israeli law, items manufactured specifically to customer specifications (Custom-Made) cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
7.3 Standard Items: For non-custom items, a refund may be requested within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
7.4 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the item at our studio and verifying its condition. The refund will be issued minus the legally permitted cancellation fee (5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower).
7.5 Shipping Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the item reaches our studio safely. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for return shipping (via courier or personal delivery by prior appointment). The studio is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
8. Liability & Installation
8.1 The Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8.2 Installation: The mounting and installation of textile art are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Studio bears no liability for damages resulting from improper installation or failure of mounting hardware.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content, including designs, images, and the unique "weaving and layering" technique, is the exclusive intellectual property of WEAVE IN Studio.
9.2 Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
